The Guided Meditation
GROUP LUMINOSITY: We Were Meant to Illuminate Together — Guided Meditation brings the journey into stillness. Beginning with awareness of the light within, the meditation gradually opens toward another human being, then a circle, community, and finally the wider human family.
It invites the listener to experience presence without performance, connection without losing individuality, and the gentle recognition that sometimes we carry hope for another—and sometimes we allow another to carry hope for us.
This is where we enter the stillness together.
